OVERVIEW
As a company that operates as a marketplace selling secondhand clothing on behalf of private sellers and donating to charity with every sale, we have to strictly adhere to our shipping & returns policy in order to remain a viable business. We hope you can appreciate that although we are not legally required to offer returns on these preloved goods, we do so as a gesture of goodwill.
Shipping Policy
The cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout based on your delivery country. All items are stored by Reliked and shipped from our UK headquarters.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control.
We currently use 100% plastic-free recyclable mailing bags and reused cardboard boxes where possible. We sometimes have to use plastic mailers for very large orders and/or select international orders, if you know of any more eco-friendly options, please get in touch!
Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.
For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
Returns Policy
We allow returns on most items* however we will only issue refunds on to a gift card.
Our returns policy states you have 14 days after delivery to request a refund.
Items must be returned within 7 days of refund request approval and must be in original resalable condition with tags and barcodes still attached.

Any items returned will be subject to a £2 restocking fee, this will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.
REQUEST RETURN
In the event of an item/s returned to us without a returns request approval, these items will be donated to Charity. Any items returned to us not in their original condition will be rejected.
You, the customer, must cover the cost of returns postage, customs and duty charges. We advise items for return to be sent by Insured, Tracked and Signed postage as Reliked cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.
If there was a fault/problem with your order we will process a refund back to the original payment method as well as the cost of returns shipping (you will need to provide a receipt of returns shipping).
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We work with a limited number of sellers to ensure a premium, high-touch experience. From collection through to sale, every detail is handled by our team to maximise value while keeping the process completely effortless for you.
By listing with Reliked, your items are showcased across multiple resale platforms, increasing visibility and maximising your potential return. By proceeding, you agree to the terms below.
Our Service
We manage the entire process on your behalf, including:
- Collection or delivery
- Quality control and preparation
- Pricing and optimisation
- Photography and listing
- Sales, fulfilment and customer service
Our focus is simple: to maximise your return while protecting your time.
What We Accept
To maintain the standard expected of our platform, all items must meet our quality criteria:
High Street (Zara, River Island etc)
- Excellent condition
- Minimum resale value £18
Premium High Street (Reiss, COS, Arket etc)
- Excellent condition
- Strong resale potential
Designer & Luxury
- Excellent, sellable condition
Beauty
- Unused and within expiry
We do not accept fast fashion (e.g. Boohoo, Shein, PLT).
Any items that do not meet our standards may be responsibly donated or recycled.
Item Condition
All items must be:
- Clean and ready to sell
- Authentic
- Free from damage or undisclosed flaws
Where appropriate, items may be cleaned or repaired to maximise resale value.
Any associated costs will only be applied where commercially viable.
Pricing & Sales Strategy
We manage pricing to achieve the best possible outcome based on:
- Brand and desirability
- Condition
- Market demand
- Historical performance
To ensure strong sell-through, structured price adjustments may be applied over time.
- High Street items are listed for up to 26 weeks
- Premium and Designer items may be listed for up to 52 weeks
For higher value items, offers may be presented to you for approval.
Commission & Earnings
You keep up to 75% of the final sale price.

A £3.75 delivery surcharge per item is deducted from the final sale price. VAT is applied to Reliked’s commission only (not the full sale price) and may be reclaimed by VAT-registered clients.
Payments
Payments are made monthly via bank transfer (typically between the 20th and 25th of each month).
This follows the 30-day return period and is subject to any returns or adjustments.
Collections & Delivery
We offer a flexible, concierge-led service designed entirely around your schedule:
VIP Home Collection
Our dedicated Reliked driver, Guy, will personally arrange collection directly from your door at a time that suits you.
You’ll be provided with a convenient 2-hour time slot, with updates on the day to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.

Prepaid Postage Bags
- £10.95 per bag
Items should be securely packaged to ensure safe transit.
Ownership & Authenticity
You confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of all items
- All items are authentic
We may request proof of purchase or use third-party authentication where required.
If an item is found to be counterfeit:
- It may be returned or destroyed
- Any payments received must be repaid
Risk & Liability
Items are consigned at your own risk during transit, storage, and sale.
Unsold Items, Returns & Ending the Service
All items are subject to a minimum 26-week listing period.
After 52 weeks, items can be returned upon request:
- £15 per item
If items are not requested back, they may be:
- Further discounted to achieve sale
- Donated to charity
- Or responsibly recycled
You may request to withdraw your items at any time in writing. Very high value items will remain on site, and will not be Donated.
If items are already listed:
- A £15 per item handling fee applies
Items remain available for sale until physically removed.
