Professional Service
- We provide a personal service, collecting the clothes from you, managing the entire sales process and freeing up your time to do what you're best at.
- We accept .....
- Fast Fashion items. (i.e Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing ) Items must be Brand New with Tags and the items' resale value must be higher than £15.
- High Street Items ( i.e Zara, River Island) must be in pristine condition with no flaws and a resale value of over £15
- Premium High Street ( i.e Karen Millen, Reiss, Other Stories, Cos, Arket) these items must be clean, folded and in excellent condition with a resale value of over £15.
- Designer brands - items must be clean folded and in excellent sellable condition
- Just fill up the bags you receive according to our instructions, arrange a collection and let us do the rest.
- We are discrete and do not pass on your data to any third parties.
- We can also provide anonymous selling for some items if our influencers wish to use this service. However we stipulate that if you wish to list some items anonymously you agree to reshare or create a story tagging @reliked for the the items showing in your collection. ( We are happy to list a maximum of 75% of items collected anonymously for you)
- We deal with all returns in a prompt and professional manner.

Lower commission can be negotiated on an item by item basis for very high value items (Hermes bags, fine jewellery and watches etc). A minimum of £15.00 commission is charged per item.

The final sale price at the time of purchase is the price applicable to Reliked' price-based commission rates. VAT is chargeable only on the Commission charged by Reliked, this may be claimed back if you are VAT registered.
Our premium service of verifying your items, listing them and sending them to the buyer is fully included. (Luxury Handbags may be subject to a verification Service via Entrupy/Real Authentication if proof of Authenticity is needed to complete a sale.)
Any items we receive that are not in pristine condition may require extra cleaning/repair services which will be charged on your invoice if subsequently deemed worth sellable. Costs for cleaning or repair of any of your items will be charged to your account and visible in your balance
Payments are made by bank transfer monthly on or around the 20/25th of each month, following the expiration of the 30 day legal return period, and subject to any outstanding returns requests.
We reserve the right to change these fees in the future. Any change in fees will apply to all future sales, regardless of when that item was processed.
There is an additional charge £25.00 per collection to cover our VIP Collection service from your door. This is to go towards fuel expenses and Congestion Charge/Road Tolls, and will be deducted from your monthly sales payments.
