What We Offer
A Fully Managed VIP Service
We take care of the entire process ā from collection to sale. Our team will:

What We Accept
To ensure quality and resale value, we follow strict acceptance criteria:

Fast Fashion Brands (e.g. Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing, Primark, Shein etc)
Unfortunately, we do not accept fast fashion. Any items received from these brands will be donated or recycled. -
High Street Brands (e.g. Zara, River Island)
Must be clean and folded and inĀ pristine condition, with no flaws, and have a resale value of Ā£15+. -
Premium High Street (e.g. Reiss, Karen Millen, & Other Stories, COS, Arket)
Must be clean, neatly folded, and in excellent condition, with a resale value of Ā£15+. -
Designer Labels
Items must be clean, folded, and in excellent, sellable condition. -
Beauty Products
Must be unused and un-swatched (for hygiene reasons). Original packaging is not essential, but products must be within expiry date. All beauty products are sold anonymously on Reliked.com

Anonymous selling is available for select items ā however, we kindly ask that you reshare or tag @reliked in your stories to promote your collection.Ā We can list up to 75% of your items anonymously under this arrangement.

On an item-by-item basis for very high-value pieces, such as HermĆØs bags, fine jewellery, or luxury watches
Please note: A minimum commission of Ā£15.00 per item applies to all sales.

Item Price Definition
The final item price is the amount the customer pays at checkout, minus a Ā£3 postage & packing surcharge per item. -
Commission Calculation
The final sale price at the time of purchase is used to calculate Reliked's commission.
VAT is applied only to the commission charged by Reliked, and may be reclaimed if you are VAT-registered. -
Included Services
Our premium service includes:- Photography and listing

Packaging and dispatch to the buyer
Luxury handbags may require additional authentication through trusted third-party services such as Entrupy or Real Authentication, especially if proof of authenticity is needed to complete the sale. If you have the original receipt for these items please provide a copy via email to lisa@reliked.com

Cleaning and Repair
Items that are not in pristine condition upon arrival may be professionally cleaned or repaired if they are considered viable for resale.
Costs for these services will be added to your monthly invoice and deducted from your final payment. -
Payment Schedule
Payments are made via bank transfer once per month, on or around the 20thā25th.
This follows the 30-day legal return period, and is subject to any pending return requests or deductions. -
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to amend commission rates and fees in the future.
Any updates will apply only to future sales and not to items already sold and processed under the previous terms. -
VIP Collection Fee
A Ā£25.00 charge per collection applies for our VIP door-to-door service.
This covers fuel costs, congestion charges, and road tolls, and will be deducted from your monthly sales total.
