About Reliked
What is Reliked?
Reliked is a UK-based online resale platform for pre-loved fashion, beauty, and lifestyle items sourced directly from influencers, celebrities, and tastemakers. Every piece on the site has previously been owned by a member of our community of sellers, and is offered at up to 70% off original retail prices.
How does Reliked work?
Each week, we collect curated items from our influencer community, photograph and list them on reliked.com, then ship them directly to buyers. When a piece sells, a portion of the proceeds (or in many cases, 100%) is donated to charity by the seller.
Who sells on Reliked?
Our community is made up of well-known UK influencers, celebrities, and public figures, alongside emerging tastemakers. Every item is listed under the seller's name so you know exactly whose wardrobe it came from.
Are the items new or second-hand?
Most items are pre-loved, meaning they've been worn or used by the seller. Some items are new with tags, and all beauty products are sold sealed and unused. The condition of each item is clearly stated on the product page.
Buying
Are items on Reliked authentic?
Yes. Every item on Reliked is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the influencer or celebrity listed as the seller. Our team verifies provenance and condition before any item goes live on the site. If you ever have a concern about an item's authenticity, our customer service team will support you and our returns policy covers any genuine discrepancies.
How do I know what condition an item is in?
Each listing includes both a condition grade (e.g. New With Tags, Excellent, Very Good, Good) and a written description noting any signs of wear, marks, or alterations. We aim to describe every piece as accurately as possible so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I see more photos of an item?
Each product page includes multiple images. If you'd like additional photos or details, please contact us and link to the specific item. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30am–1:30pm.
What sizes do you stock?
Sizing varies as every piece comes from a different seller's wardrobe. Each listing shows the labelled size and, where available, measurements. If you need more sizing detail on a specific item, get in touch.
My item is damaged or not as described — what can I do?
We aim to describe every item as accurately as possible, including any flaws. If something arrives not as described, please contact us straight away and our team will help resolve it.
Do you restock items?
No. Every item on Reliked is one-of-a-kind from a specific seller's wardrobe. Once it's gone, it's gone — which is why we recommend checking out quickly if you love something.

How much is shipping?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. UK orders typically arrive within a few working days; international orders take longer. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
How are items packaged?
All items are sent in recyclable mailing bags or reused cardboard boxes wherever possible. Sustainability is core to how we operate, including how we package and ship.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Many items on Reliked are eligible for return within a set window from delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Some items may be marked as final sale and ineligible for return. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
What if I paid with Klarna?

Sustainability & Charity
Why does Reliked exist?
Reliked exists to extend the life of designer and high-street fashion, reduce textile waste, and raise money for charity. In the UK alone, over 300,000 tonnes of garment waste is sent to landfill every year. Extending a garment's life by just nine months can significantly reduce its environmental impact.
Where does the money go?
A portion of the proceeds from every sale is donated to charity by the seller. Many of our sellers donate 100% of their proceeds to causes they care about. As Reliked grows, our collective charitable contributions grow with it.
Can I choose which charity my purchase supports?
Not at this time. All charitable donations are directed to our chosen charities — see our charity page for the current list and more information.
Is Reliked actually sustainable?
Resale is one of the most effective ways to reduce fashion's environmental footprint. By giving items a second life, we keep clothes out of landfill, reduce demand for new production, and promote circularity. We also use recyclable or reused packaging on every order.
Account & Orders
Do I need an account to shop?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes tracking orders and managing returns easier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
How do I contact Reliked?

Discount Codes
How do discount codes work?
Reliked occasionally issues individual discount codes to customers. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to Luxury items. Codes used incorrectly may result in your order being refunded.
