Due to the current COVID-19 global pandemic, here at Reliked we are working with reduced staff both at our offices and warehouse to follow government regulations of social distancing. 

Because of these changes we had to undertake we have some new policies for our customers to follow:

1. Reduced staff unfortunately means that we cannot man the phone all day, therefore your calls may go unanswered.

2. Shipping times are slightly delayed, therefore please ONLY get in touch with any order queries a minimum of 7 working days after you placed the order. We may not be able to help if you contact us any sooner than that.

3. We know it sucks to have to wait a little longer for your parcels to be delivered but we ask all our customers to be patient and reasonable and trust that we will get your order to you ASAP.
