This toner helps to gently improve skin texture by removing dead cells from the surface and naturally locking in moisture. Ideal for morning and evening usage, it leaves your skin clean, hydrated, and smooth.
How to Use: Use in the AM and PM. Saturate a cotton pad with the formula and on cleansed skin, sweep onto the face and neck. Follow with preferred serums and moisturizer. Do not rinse off.
Warning: External use only. Avoid immediate eye area. Keep out of reach of children.
