Ideal for a special occasion, it is made in layers of soft recycled tulle patterned with tiny stars. The bodice is trimmed with pretty ruffles and there are short, sheer flutter sleeves. The dress is fully lined for comfort and the tiered skirt has an added layer of stiffened tulle for extra volume. It fastens with a concealed zip on the back.
