A vitamin-rich toner with 5% niacinamide, ceramide complex, and vitamin C to balance oil, improve elasticity and refine pores. After cleansing, moisten a cotton pad with toner or tip a few drops into hands. Gently apply over face and neck area, avoiding eyes. Do not rinse. Follow with serum and moisturiser.
