Terms of Service

Reliked(“we”, "our, or “us”) provides the UK's Top Celebrities and Influencers (the “seller”) a completely VIP service to collect, and sell on their behalf the items they provide to Reliked.

By applying to join Reliked and using the Service, you agree to and accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not use the Service.

1. TERMS

These terms and conditions (the Terms) tell you the rules for using the Reliked VIP Service to send your unwanted clothes/accessories/beauty items for Reliked to sell on an agency basis on the reliked.com store and other third party marketplaces.

The Store allows shoppers the opportunity to buy your items which pass our quality control checks.

Reliked will act as an agent to sell handbags, accessories, shoes, clothing, unused cosmetics, homewares and gifts. You give Reliked permission to use your social media photos to promote these items and for other marketing purposes.

We provide a VIP personal service, collecting the clothes from you, managing the entire sales process and freeing up your time to do what you're best at.

What we accept .....

To ensure quality and resale value, we follow strict acceptance criteria:

• Fast Fashion Brands (e.g. Boohoo, Pretty Little Thing, Primark, Shein etc)
  Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept fast fashion. Any items received from these brands will be donated or recycled.
• High Street Brands (e.g. Zara, River Island)
  Must be clean and folded and in pristine condition, with no flaws, and have a resale value of £21+.
• Premium High Street (e.g. Reiss, Karen Millen, & Other Stories, COS, Arket)
  Must be clean, neatly folded, and in excellent condition, with a resale value of £21+.
• Designer Labels
  Items must be clean, folded, and in excellent, sellable condition.
• Beauty Products
  Must be unused and un-swatched (for hygiene reasons). Original packaging is not essential, but products must be within their expiry date.
  

2. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS

All collected items must be provided to Reliked in excellent condition, be of the highest quality and be “ready to sell.” .

Please make sure that your Clothes meet our approved brand guidelines, are either new or freshly laundered, are in excellent condition, and are authentic and meet the minimum resale price of £18 (See Clause 4) for Clothing/ Accessories and £6.00 for Beauty items.

Any items unfit for sale due to any and all flaws, damage, and/or alterations to the item, will not be accepted and will be donated to a Partner/Charity/Womens Refuge/Barnado’s or be responsibly recycled.

3. OWNERSHIP

You, the owner of the item guarantee that you are the true and lawful owner of any and all items consigned to Reliked. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliked for any damages arising from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including legal fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to any unlawful ownership. You, the owner understands that  Reliked sells any item over the minimum sale as an agent and that any excess of the ultimate selling price over the amount recorded on your sales statement is retained by Reliked as commission; you further understand that the title does not at any stage pass to Reliked and remains with you the owner for the sale period.

4. AUTHENTICITY

Reliked accepts only authentic designer items. You, as the owner, guarantee the authenticity of all items consigned with Reliked.

We take authenticity very seriously. If an item is identified as a high risk brand, we may request for you to confirm the authenticity of the item, and if possible allow you to add details of proof of purchase.  

Any item delivered to  Reliked and deemed to be counterfeit by Reliked or any qualified third party, will be returned to you or destroyed. If you receive payment for an item that is later deemed to be counterfeit you agree to repay the full amount received plus any other loss associated with its sale and return.

5. PRICING

Reliked reserves the right to determine the final selling price of any and all items, which will be determined by taking the original RRP/ Current Selling/Last Selling price, brand, style, condition and market demand for the item into account.  Reliked will attempt to achieve the highest possible sale price.

Reliked Consignment Policy

As the UK’s only VIP concierge service accepting both High Street and Premium High Street items as well as Luxury pieces, Reliked operates with a focus on prompt stock turnover and maintaining high-quality standards. Our consignment process and pricing structure are designed to ensure optimal visibility and saleability of your items.

Item Categories & Sale Timelines

All items are subject to a minimum 13-week listing period

High Street items are listed for up to 13 weeks. Reliked reserves the right to adjust pricing and apply scheduled discounts at 4, 8, and 13 weeks. High Street Items that remain unsold after 13 weeks may be further discounted to cover our costs and overheads, donated to a partner , or charity such as a Women’s Refuge or Barnardo’s, or responsibly recycled.

Premium & Designer Items (RRP £300+)
Premium and designer items with an original RRP of £300 or more can remain listed for up to 52 weeks. Price adjustments may occur at 8 and 13 and 26 weeks and also to reflect seasonality and market trends. These items may also be available for purchasers to submit offers, which will be shared with you for approval before being accepted. Items that remain unsold after 13 weeks may be further discounted.

Luxury & Investment Pieces (RRP £1500+)
Luxury and investment pieces, including fine jewellery, watches, Chanel, Hermès, and similar brands, are listed for up to 52 weeks. These items may be reduced after 8 /13 / 26 weeks if unsold and will then become eligible for offers, subject to your approval.

Sellers who wish to set a specific starting price may do so by emailing lisa@reliked.com at the time of collection. All unsold items are subject to regularly scheduled markdown periods. The final sale price at the time of purchase determines the applicable commission rate. VAT is only payable on the commission Reliked charges, not on the full sale price.

Returns & Unsold Items

All items are subject to a minimum 13-week listing period

If your item remains unsold after the 52-week listing period, you may request its return by emailing lisa@reliked.com. A £15 return fee per item will be charged to cover administration, postage, and handling costs.

For any unsold items not requested for return within 12 months—excluding luxury and investment pieces—Reliked reserves the right to further reduce the price to cover costs, donate the item to a partner, charity, or responsibly recycle it. Luxury and investment items will not be donated or recycled without the seller’s consent and will instead remain eligible for return or extended listing upon request.

6. COLLECTIONS AND ITEMS

Reliked will collect your items upon arrangement via WhatsApp message to our Driver - Guy. He will give you a 2 hour time slot and keep you updated should there be any delays. The seller incurs a £27.00 charge for each collection, which will be deducted from the Seller’s monthly payment. This is to cover the cost of Fuel/Congestion charges and tolls. Please ensure that you have packaged your items well so that they are protected and secure whilst in transit.

Reliked may also provide you with large pre-paid postage mailing bags on request (each bag will accept 10/15 normal clothing items). These will come with instructions of your nearest 3 DPD drop off points for your convenience. The postage for each bag is £10.95 which will be deducted from your sales invoice.

Reliked cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to items as a result of poor packaging.

By choosing to sell your items with Reliked you do so at your own risk of loss, damage or theft, in transport or at an alternative storage/pop-up location.

7. PROCEEDS/PAYMENTS

Clothing/Shoes/Accessories

Lower commission can be negotiated on an item by item basis for very high value items (Hermes bags, fine jewellery and watches etc).A minimum of £18.00 commission is charged per clothing/fashion item.

Beauty Items

A minimum of £6 commission is charged per Beauty item. 

 *The item price is the price the customer paid at checkout minus a £3.75 delivery surcharge per item. The final sale price at the time of purchase is the price applicable to Reliked's price-based commission rates. VAT is chargeable only on the Commission charged by Reliked. This may be claimed back by you if you are VAT registered.

Our premium service of verifying your items, listing them and sending them to the buyer is fully included.  

Any items we receive that are not in pristine condition may require extra cleaning/repair services which will be charged on your invoice if subsequently deemed worth sellable. Costs for cleaning or repair of any of your items will be charged to your account.

Payments are made via bank transfer once per month, on or around the 20th–25th.
This follows the 30-day legal return period, and is subject to any pending return requests or deductions.

We reserve the right to amend commission rates and fees in the future.
Any updates will apply only to future sales and not to items already sold and processed under the previous terms. 

 8. TERMINATION

The seller has the right to revoke authorisations granted to Reliked in these Terms of Service at any time in writing without stating reasons. An email to lisa@reliked.com constitutes the written form. The cancellation becomes effective upon receipt by Reliked.In the event that the seller revokes the authorisation given to Reliked to sell their items, Reliked remains the right to continue sell any items that are listed on Reliked, otherwise you may collect listed items, subject to a £15 surcharge per item that will be paid by you to cover our costs of photography/ upload /picking to the website.

At each collection you will be left another collection pack of secure storage bags (Worth £21) should you no longer wish to use please return these bags to Reliked, or alternatively we can charge your account.

We comply with the legal requirements when collecting, storing and processing the user’s personal data. Details can be found in our privacy policy.This Service is operated by Reliked Services Limited, incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 11043792 and with registered office at 20 St Johns Road, Penn, Buckinghamshire, HP10 8HW.
