Tom Daley

Tom Daley is a British Diver and Television Personality. He specialises in multiple diving events and has established himself as one of the finest in the world. Tom is the first British diver to win a record-breaking four Olympic medals, making British diving history. In the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, Tom and his diving partner Matty Lee won a gold medal in the men's synchronised 10-metre platform event. He also won his third bronze medal in the men's 10-metre platform.

Tom created a YouTube channel in 2010 which has gained a huge following of over a million. His channel covers various topics such as vlogs, exercise and food.

Tom expanded into publication in 2016 with the launch of Tom's Daily Plan. In 2018, he launched his second book Tom's Daily Goals which is about healthy living and habits. His recent publication is Coming Up for Air which is a deeply personal and inspiring memoir. Tom took up knitting during the Covid-19 pandemic, and has released his own line.
