Just a little update as to what that means:

Due to us being closed over the Christmas Holidays and the current COVID-19 global pandemic, shipping times will be delayed whilst we catch up. 

Here at Reliked we are working with reduced staff both at our offices and warehouse to be in line with the government guideline and to ensure all our staff are safe.

ORDERS MADE FROM 22ND DECEMBER ONWARDS WILL START TO BE SHIPPED FROM 4TH JANUARY

Please bear with us as we will be working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We have a large backlog and as we are now in a nationwide lockdown we are working on reduced staff numbers too.

We will be unable to answer any queries regarding delivery** unless your order has not arrived by Wednesday 13th January. (If ordered between 22nd Dec - 4th Jan).  If ordered after this date please only get in touch a minimum of 7 working days after you placed the order. We may not be able to help if you contact us any sooner than that.

Any queries that were sent during the time in which we were closed will be first priority, so please allow some time for our Customer Service Team to get back to your message.
